Unfortunately, gyms are closed again because of COVID-19 second wave. During this complicated period, we decided to share you with some training ideas that you can use to train at home or outside.
In this post, we propose you to make a HIIT training circuit with our Head coach Olga Troshina.
8 moves in total with following interval:
45 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest in between drills
Fell free to repeat this circuit two or three times.
You don't need a lof of space to make this training so it is perfect for home training.
